2004 CTE

The Steering Committee for the Booster Clubs of the Oakland Raiders hosted 2nd annual Commitment to Excellence Award Dinner February 28, 2004.

The Event was an overwhelming success !

This years award recepient Jerry Rice was unable to attend due to the untimely death of his father. Attendees at the event had a chance to send their well wishes to Jerry and his family via a card that was signed at the event. Raider Legends and current Raider player Lincoln Kennedy were there to congratulate Jerry.

Among the Dignitaries present to honor Jerry were Amy Trask, Mike Lombardi, Mike Taylor Willie Brown, Clem Daniels, Raymond Chester, Lincoln Kennedy. Also present were Monica, Jenny and Run Run Jones of the Raiders. Newly employed by the Raiders Artie Gigatino attended along with Rocky, who is part of the Raider medical team. Pictures were provided by Mickey Elliot and Lisa Coelho of the Raiders. This was Lisa' 2nd year covering the event. Mistress of Ceremonies for this years event was Renel of 98.1 KISS FM -

Those in attendance enjoyed a cocktail reception before dinner. A VIP reception was also sponsered.

The Dinner Committee: Morris Bradshaw, Denise Browne, David Gillispie, Michelle Gillispie, Dave Laughlin, Carryl Walker, Jack Goddard and Debbie Parker thank all who made this years event another success !!!
